Field Trip Report

January 18-20, 2003 (Saturday - Monday) - MONTAUK (LONG ISLAND), NY

Nice Razorbill sightings, lots of ducks (Harlequins, Redheads, and Eurasian Widgeon cooperated), a Spotted Sandpiper (!), Red-necked Grebe, Rough-legged Hawk overhead, Murre species, King Eider (female seen by only 2 in party) and a Gull "having many of the field characteristics of California Gull"
