Comments: Comments...DVOC Walk from West entrance area over to East side and back by a different route; best birds were the pair of female harriers flying together; Kestrel was perched atop Comcast antenna-tower just west of cemetery. 7O degrees; 0-2 mph; sunny with some high clouds. Water birds visible on river from overlooks in cemetery.
