Snowy Egret

The red colored lore belongs to a breeding Snowy Egret, though not in full display, as its plumes would be erected. The normal golden yellow lores change color to this deep red for a very short period of time at the peak of breeding. Though not shown in this picture, its golden yellow slippers will also turn a deep orange at this time.
