TRACKING STONE'S TOME - Further Information
In Volume 68 of Cassinia Sandra L. Sherman published an article tracing many of the 1,400 copies of Bird Studies at Old Cape May by Witmer Stone
This article is only a small part of the legacy Sandy left DVOC.
Additional information that has come forth since the publication of the article.The DVOC earnestly seeks corrections or additions to the material in this article. Contact the Webmaster with any additional information.
This table is the information DVOC has concerning the 1,400 volumes. The DVOC is indebted to Jeff Holt for his interest in this project. He has gone over Sandy's original notes to find information on volumes not mentioned in the article plus done extensive original research. He is the "main man" when it comes to this ongoing project. Alan Simon has also contributed extensive research.
